Personal Training

Through personal training, I work 1 on 1 with you to create a program and schedule that will move you towards reaching your goals. We have the opportunity to train at one of three locations in-person, in either Keswick or Newmarket.

Sample Personal Training Session (1 hour)

** note: all sessions are customized to your fitness goals and fitness level

Warm-up:

2 minute steady stationary bike

10 bootstrappers, 30s quad stretch/side, 10 alternating lunges, 20 bird dogs, 20 dead bugs

10 dislocates with a PVC pipe, shoulder mobility, elbow and wrist rotations


Strength:

4 x 8 Bulgarian split squats, 20 skater lunges (superset)

4 x 20 hanging knee raises/leg raises


Conditioing:

5 x 3 minutes of work, 1 minute of rest:

12 calories on the echo bike

10 walking lunges (w/ weight)

8 burpees
